Polyolefin based compounds
Although we aim to develop sustainable compounds for the future, the reality is that most products are still made from traditional polymers. We produce a variety of polyolefin-based compounds, incorporating materials such as glass fibres and flame retardants. These compounds are customized to meet the specific needs of our customers. We regularly engage in discussions with our customers to help them transition to more environmentally friendly alternatives.
Upcycled compounds
We work hard to manufacture and develop compounds for tomorrow. Our upcycled compounds are a great example of providing compounds that are future-proof.
We achieve this by incorporating recycled materials from both PCR and PIR waste streams through mechanical recycling. Our experts can enhance these recycled materials in our compounding process. This enables us to offer sustainable alternatives with optimized properties for their intended use.
Functional masterbatches
We have the ability to adjust polymers by using additives. This allows us to produce customized blends and modified polymers to enhance processability, appearance, or material properties. These masterbatches are typically added in small quantities during the plastic conversion process. They are crucial for achieving the desired properties. Common additives in these formulations include UV stabilizers, antiblock agents, blowing agents, anti-static agents, slip agents and impact modifiers.
