The Compound Company completed the sale of its shares to Industrie Polieco – M.P.B.

The Compound Company announces that it has reached an agreement for the sale of 100% of its shares to Industrie Polieco – M.P.B.

On 2 January 2026, The Compound Company completed the sale of its entire shareholding to Industrie Polieco – M.P.B., a leader in production of piping systems and resins for coating and packaging with headquarters in Brescia, Italy.

Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. expects that combining the knowledge and expertise of its compounding activities M.P.B. with The Compound Company will create a strong platform for further global growth. The Compound Company will continue to execute its current strategy and growth plans, supported by its new owner, and will remain headquartered in Enschede, The Netherlands.
