PPH GF30 100 is a 30% glass fibre reinforced polypropylene compound in granular form. It is based on polypropylene homopolymer with good flowability and tensile strength. Designed for strength, stiffness at low weight. EcoForte PPH GF30 100 can be custom coloured and UV stabilized, upon request.

Pre-drying is not absolutely necessary. Moisture content is typically < 0,2%. Moisture sensitive materials are usually packed in sealed aluminium bags or aluminium lined boxes/bigbags. If material is dried, 2-4 hours at 60ºC is recommended.
EcoForte PPH GF30 100 works well within the usual bandwidth of polymer temperatures of PP based materials, which is between 160 and 230ºC. Feeding is usually done through the hopper of the injection moulding machine. Colour and/or UV can be added as masterbatch. Also other PP can be mixed in to lower the glass fibre content.
Temperature profile from feed to injection nose: 170 – 180 – 190 – 210 – 230 ºC
Mould temperature: 30 – 40 ºC
