Reliable measurement is key to creating effective compounding solutions. That’s why our laboratory is designed to perform a wide range of analytical and mechanical tests — from tensile strength and peel testing to weather resistance using Xenon arc testing.
Our capabilities include:
- A lab-scale extruder, capable for reactive extrusion and compounding, including multiple side feeders
- Single to multilayer film extrusion line for small width (~20 cm) experimental production and evaluation of film for use in e.g. packaging and solar encapsulants
- Injection moulding equipment
- Xenon aging tests for UV/weather resistance
- Mechanical analysis
- peel and tensile strength testing
- impact strength (IZO, Charpy impact), from room temperature down to -40°C
