Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating process used to apply a protective or decorative finish to a variety of surfaces, most commonly metals. In this process, a dry, free-flowing powder composed of finely ground particles of pigment and resin is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the surface of the substrate. The coated part is then heated in a curing oven, causing the powder to melt, flow, and form a uniform, durable coating layer.
